Rustiques' antique heart pine flooring has gone through a truly "hands on" process.  The lumber is reclaimed, de-nailed, metal detected, resawn, and edged to size before it is ready to become a finished product.  These moulder "blanks" are the run through our moulder where our sawyer personally puts his hands on each and every piece of flooring that is produced.  His eyes and hands then grade the flooring as it is made.
